How long does it take to process an order?

All products are made to order especially for you. The total processing and delivery time is usually 4–10 business days. During periods of increased orders, this time may be slightly extended.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 14 days from receiving the shipment to report a return without giving a reason. The product should be returned unused.

Can I order a product with my own text?

Yes! You can send us your idea via the form in the "Personalization" section, write to contact@ochwear.com or contact us on Instagram @ochwear_. We will prepare a design especially for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe! Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
