How long does it take to fulfill an order?

All products are made to order especially for you. The total fulfillment and delivery time is usually 7–14 business days. During periods of increased order volume, this time may be slightly extended.

Can I return an order?

Yes, you have 14 days from receiving the package to report a return without giving a reason. The product should be returned in unused condition.

Can I order a product with my own text?

Yes! You can send us your idea via the form in the “Personalization” section, write to contact@ochwear.com, or contact us on Instagram @ochwear_. We will prepare a design especially for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
