We sell personalized products with text – Hoodies and T-shirts

2. Orders

Orders are processed after payment is credited. The customer is obliged to provide correct data.

3. Lead Time and Delivery

All products are custom-made specifically for you. The total lead time and delivery usually take 7–14 business days. During periods of increased order volume, this time may be slightly extended.

Shipment is carried out via courier companies or the Post Office.

4. Returns and Complaints

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
