Returns and complaints

Returns:

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the package (in accordance with EU law).
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
To make a return, please contact us at: contact@ochwear.com. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the money using the same payment method used during the purchase.

 

 

Complaints:

If the product arrived damaged or with an error - please write to us with a description and a photo.

After a positive review of the complaint, we will send a new product or issue a refund.
